Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet YouTube's minimum age requirement (currently 13 years old) to use Headport. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

2. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services to curate video content. By using Headport, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. 3. Subscription Terms

You can access Headport through a free trial. After the free trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in an annual subscription. Your subscription will auto-renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; however, after the initial 30-day period of your paid subscription, no refunds will be granted. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the paid subscription start date. Refund requests after this period will not be honored.

5. Information Collected

By using Headport, you consent to our collection of:

• Name
• Job history and any personal data included in your resume
• Quiz results
• Course completions
• Feedback you provide about the product

6. Use of Information

Collected data is used to:

• Provide and improve the Service, including fine-tuning our AI models
• Enhance your personalized learning experience
• With your explicit approval, connect you with recruiters by sharing your name, email address, resume and work history, career goals, course completions, assessments completed, and any earned badges or certificates.

We do not sell your data and we do not place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your devices.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Headport provides personalized learning guidance, but does not guarantee job placement, skill mastery, or any specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Headport owns all rights to its software and AI technology. Video content remains the property of its original YouTube creators.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is." We disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
