Manual Refresh Options:
Users can request immediate video refresh if content becomes unavailable
System administrators can force-refresh specific learning paths as needed
Daily pre-caching occurs at 2:00 AM UTC for optimal performance
Single Project Architecture:
All user data is processed within a single, secure project environment (Project ID: 134748018952). No data is shared across multiple project instances or tenant environments. Consistent data handling policies apply to all users regardless of access point.
Data Retention Consistency:
All cached educational content follows the same 30-day refresh cycle
User-generated data (progress, preferences) is retained according to account status
Temporary processing data (debug logs, error traces) is purged within 7 days
Personal Data: Your personal information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide customer support.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age required by YouTube (currently 13 years old). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age.
