1. Eligibility

You must meet YouTube's minimum age requirement (currently 13 years old) to use Headport. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

2. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services to curate video content. By using Headport, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. 3. Subscription Terms

You can access Headport through a free trial. After the free trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in an annual subscription. Your subscription will auto-renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; however, after the initial 30-day period of your paid subscription, no refunds will be granted. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the paid subscription start date. Refund requests after this period will not be honored.

5. Information Collected

By using Headport, you consent to our collection of:

• Name
• Job history and any personal data included in your resume
• Quiz results
• Course completions
• Feedback you provide about the product

6. Use of Information

Collected data is used to:

• Provide and improve the Service, including fine-tuning our AI models
• Enhance your personalized learning experience
• With your explicit approval, connect you with recruiters by sharing your name, email address, resume and work history, career goals, course completions, assessments completed, and any earned badges or certificates.

We do not sell your data and we do not place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your devices.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Headport provides personalized learning guidance, but does not guarantee job placement, skill mastery, or any specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Headport owns all rights to its software and AI technology. Video content remains the property of its original YouTube creators.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is." We disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

6. Data Deletion

You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us at support@headport.ai. Upon request, we will permanently delete:

• Your personal information
• Career data and resume contents
• All YouTube API data associated with your account
• Product interaction history

Data will be deleted unless legally required to retain it.

7. Data Retention and Refresh

Automatic Data Refresh Schedules:

• YouTube Video Metadata: Refreshed every 30 days to ensure current engagement metrics and availability
• Educational Content Cache: Skills-based video recommendations updated every 30 days for quality optimization
• User Analytics: Replacement and interaction patterns analyzed over 7-day rolling windows
• Resume Data: Automatically purged after 30 days for privacy protection

Manual Refresh Options:

• Users can request immediate video refresh if content becomes unavailable
• System administrators can force-refresh specific learning paths as needed
• Daily pre-caching occurs at 2:00 AM UTC for optimal performance

Single Project Architecture:

All user data is processed within a single, secure project environment (Project ID: 134748018952). No data is shared across multiple project instances or tenant environments. Consistent data handling policies apply to all users regardless of access point.

Data Retention Consistency:

• All cached educational content follows the same 30-day refresh cycle
• User-generated data (progress, preferences) is retained according to account status
• Temporary processing data (debug logs, error traces) is purged within 7 days

Personal Data: Your personal information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide customer support.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age required by YouTube (currently 13 years old). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age.

9. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, though no online service is completely secure.
